On Site VisitThe majority of our Premier Sign Projects start with the customer contacting or sales department followed by an on-site visit by our territory rep. During this initial visit, we gather information, take photos of the site, look at artwork and begin to put together a project that fit the customer’s needs.
DesignOur art department will work with the customer, designing needed copy for the proposed signage or simply putting together a virtual drawing of the project site showing what the completed project will appear like when it is completed.
InstallationOur local installation crews of hard working staff will complete the sign project from the dirt to the dots. Our trained staff will make sure that every element of the job is complete and detailed, and ready for the customer to begin driving business their way. No stone will be left unturned.
Technical SupportIf you are having an issue with the software with one of our Digital Signs, please call the following phone numbers and a manufacturers technician will assist you. This service is free of charge as long as you own your sign. If the tech department cannot assist remotely they will contact our technicians and we will schedule a service or visit to get your software issue repaired asap.
Repairs and MaintenanceOur experienced crew performs maintenance on not just our own products, but also on many other brands of signage, including retrofits, product replacements, older signs from most global manufacturers, simple repairs, and troubleshooting.
